The Samta Education Trust – A Beginning Founder
Shri. Punamchand N Patel is a visionary person who is very compassionate and modest is undeterred in his conviction to uplift the needy students from underprivileged & downtrodden communities in the areas of education & health.
SAMTA EDUCATION TRUST (SET) began its journey since 2005 with a view to supporting needy students in education and help them to secure government jobs. The primary activities of the trust have started with a group of committed members having noble cause by registering the trust in 2007 Shri Punamchand N. Patel, a founder Trustee chose to work for the welfare of students belonging to underprivileged, poor & downtrodden communities. The team has a clear vision that education is the ultimate driving force for social progress.

Later on, another trust namely Samta Education Trust has also been created and duly registered having similar objectives.
Samta Education Trust (SET) is a Public Charitable Trust, duly registered under The Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 wide No : REG E / 20129 / ABAD DT 19/12/2012. The Trust is also register under the income tax 1961 wide no 12AA/URN/AAMTS3854NE2021
Donation to SET is exempt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, wide exemption number 80G/URN/AAMTS3854NF20125

Foreign donations are also authorized as per trusts registration under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA)
Our trust have started 1st phase of our mission for educated unemployed youth and providing reading and coaching intervention program for socially, economically and other backward needy students of rural ,semi urban and remote area villages. The object of the read & coaching to success program is to help all students with poor reading skills learn to read at grade level and increase their reading speed, comprehension, and reading attention span.
During the last 7 year, we have been piloting the Read to Succeed! program at Motera Ahmedabad with a group of students with poor reading skill and have seen dramatic improvements with most of the students their reading ability satisfactorily. As a part of our mission more than 150 students are secured with various government offices. We have seen measurable success and we are now seeking to expand our Read to Succeed ! Program at our Trust dreams project “Samta knowledge Sankul ” hostel building known as Vidushi Savitribahen Mahatma jyotirao fule hostel building.
